Group coaching and networking group
• Are you a senior leader or CEO who is struggling to keep up with the pace of change and the numerous initiatives coming at you?
Are you beginning a new journey as a Headteacher or CEO from September?
Do you wish you could confidentiality and supportively talk through issues, barriers and thoughts with likeminded people, who understand your language? Would you like a safe space to be coached and supported to make the right decisions for you and your organisation?
If so, would you like to be part of a monthly remote meeting, with no more than ten people who operate at your level, for up to two hours, to openly share and work through issues, ideas, thoughts, or just to look for fresh ideas? As senior leaders, you set the agenda!
As part of the package, I also offer every member a personal coaching session every half term to allow you to work on your own agenda and personal development.

Executive and Leadership Coaching - 1:1 (can be done remotely at times to suit you, including evening appointments.)
30-minute initial meeting to agree and establish expectations, rapport and get to know each other (This is a free service as I believe it is important that both parties feel this is a partnership that will work effectively.)
1 hour chemistry and goal setting session up to 12 hours of 1 : 1 coaching split into sessions of one or two hours, over the year

Working as an associate for Lightbulb Moments. she is able to offer 1:1 supervision and group supervision to practicing coaches.

In todays complex, interconnected and rapidly changing world, the demands placed on our leaders have grown exponentially. For this reason our coaches have to be fit for purpose in supporting coachees to meet these demands.
This requires continued engagement in ongoing learning, professional development and self reflection which can only be enhanced through effective supervision.
My supervision sessions will allow you as a coach to step back from your work and take a broader view essential for your ongoing development.
I provide a safe and supportive space for reflection in order to develop an increased understanding of yourself, your clients as well as the wider system in which they operate.
I will help you gain increased objectivity and breadth of perspective on your coaching work. I also offer support in terms of ideas, information and suggestions as well as reassurance.
